Job Description
A Center Manager in the education and EdTech industry runs the daily operations, P&L, sales targets, and academic quality of a learning center. Major platforms like upGrad Offline Learning Centres frequently hire local center leaders to manage student enrollments and staff.
Core Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue: Drive student admissions, hit monthly targets, and manage local outreach.
• Operations & P&L: Oversee center budgets, daily workflows, facilities, and cost control.

• Student Experience: Ensure high satisfaction, resolve parent/student feedback, and track learning outcomes.
Key Requirements
• Experience: 3 to 10+ years in education management, coaching, EdTech, or sales.
• Education: Graduate or MBA in a relevant field.
• Skills: Strong communication, team handling, local networking, and target orientation.
