Loan Executive

Job Title: Vehicle Loans Executive

Department: Car Loans / Automotive Loans / Pre-Owned Car Loans

Location: TVM

Reports To: Area Business Manager

1. Job Summary

The Car Loan Executive is responsible for sourcing new customers, generating leads, evaluating loan requirements, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processing of vehicle loans. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, document verification, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursal.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

·         Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.

·         Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.

·         Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.

·         Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.

B. Customer Handling

·         Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.

·         Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.

·         Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.

C. Documentation & Verification

·         Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.

·         Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.

·         Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.

D. Loan Processing

·         Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.

·         Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.

·         Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.

E. Post-Disbursement Support

·         Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.

·         Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.

·         Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
