Job Description

Garden Tour & Guest Experience ExecutiveJungle Treasures Ayurvedic & Spice Garden, Banasura, Wayanad is looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Guide guests through the Ayurvedic & Spice Garden
  • Explain spices, Ayurveda, Kerala culture and our garden experience
  • Interact professionally with domestic and international tourists
  • Assist customers with product selection and sales
  • Provide an excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • English communication is preferred
  • Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Arabic is an advantage
  • Tourism, hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • Female candidates preferred
