Job Description

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counseling students and parents, following up with leads and converting interested students into admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall new and existing student leads
  • Understand student's education and career goals
  • Explain suitable courses and admission process
  • Handle student and parent queries
  • Conduct counseling sessions and parent meetings
  • Follow up through phone and WhatsApp
  • Maintain lead records and follow-up dates
  • Convert qualified leads into admissions
  • Submit daily calling and admission reports
  • RequirementsGood Hindi/Hinglish communication
  • Basic English and computer skills
  • Confident and presentable personality
  • Comfortable with calling and sales targets
  • Good listening and convincing skills
