AI Operations Lead – Health Tech (ABDM Integration)

About the role

We are building an ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) integration product for hospitals, starting with ABHA creation and verification (Milestone M1). This is not a traditional coding job. You will run AI coding agents (Claude, Cursor), check their output, test APIs, and take the product through government sandbox testing, a security audit and go-live.

What you will do

• Give AI agents clear tasks and check their output before deploying to Google Cloud

• Read API documentation (ABDM/NHA) and test APIs using Postman or curl

• Run the ABDM sandbox test cases and fix issues until they pass

• Coordinate the security audit (WASA) with a CERT-In empanelled auditor and close its findings

• Monitor live systems and resolve alerts the same day

• Keep a clear written log of every change and deployment

• Support other internal tools over time (finance, HR and referral apps)

Must have

• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar) to build or fix real software

• Comfortable with GitHub, the terminal and a cloud console (Google Cloud preferred)

• Can read an API spec and test it with Postman/curl

• Clear written English and Hindi; disciplined documentation

• Can spot when an AI answer is wrong and verify it

Good to have

• Exposure to healthcare, hospital software, billing or HIMS

• Knowledge of FHIR, JSON or REST APIs

• Experience with Google Cloud Run or Firebase

• Any prior ABDM/ABHA work

Selection process

1. CV screening
2. Paid half-day practical test: using the ABDM sandbox documentation and AI tools, get an ABHA verification API call working and write a one-page note on what you did
3. Final interview with the Managing Director
