Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive – Finance Department
Location: Kanpur
Department: Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to loan accounts, EMI payments, and outstanding dues.
- Assist customers with payment-related issues and resolve them promptly.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Collection teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain customer records and update payment details in the system.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
