Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Procure inventory from manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.
  • Identify new vendors and negotiate competitive purchase prices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing and timely delivery.
  • Manage purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inventory requirements.
  • Maintain vendor details, purchase records and inventory reports.
  • Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic Excel formulas.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory and purchase management.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors.
  • Basic understanding of GST invoices and purchase orders.
  • Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any stream.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement or inventory management.
  • Experience in e-commerce industry will be preferred.
