Job Description

Ruchir Gupta Training Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Executive / Sales Intern. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, explaining our online stock market training courses, following up on company-provided leads, and converting interested prospects into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

•Contact prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp using company-provided leads.

•Explain the features, benefits, and enrollment process of the company's training courses.

•Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

•Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

•Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

•Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and sales.

•Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

•Follow company policies, sales processes, and reporting guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

•Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

•Final-year students may apply for the internship position.

•Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication is preferred.

•Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

•Freshers are welcome to apply.

•Candidates should be confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Salary, Incentives & Benefits
