Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Promote company products and increase sales in the assigned area.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.
- Specific RequirementsTarget-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Sales experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and digital communication.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area, if required.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply.
- Compensation will include fixed salary/incentives based on the role and experience.
