Job Description

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Approach potential clients and understand their business requirements and purchasing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure timely conversion.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
