Job Description
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Approach potential clients and understand their business requirements and purchasing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
