About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our team as US Healthcare Bench Sales Recruiter / Sourcer. Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in US Healthcare recruitment are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
*Source and identify healthcare professionals for US job requirements.
*Work on bench candidates and understand their skills, experience, location and availability.
*Market candidates to suitable clients, vendors and recruitment partners.
*Search candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
*Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
*Coordinate with recruiters and clients/vendors regarding candidate submissions.
*Follow up on submitted profiles and track interview/selection status.
*Ensure accurate candidate information and timely submissions.
*Meet daily and monthly sourcing/submission targets.
*Maintain professional communication with candidates, vendors and clients.
Required Skills:
*Basic understanding of US Healthcare Recruitment is preferred.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
*Ability to work independently from home.
*Good follow-up and coordination skills.
*Freshers can apply.
Experience:
0–20 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing/bench sales.
Candidates with experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, Bench Sales, Healthcare Sourcing or US Staffing will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are also welcome.
