Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant with prior experience in an export company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
  • - Reconcile export bills and shipping bills
  • - Reconcile bank statements and online payment gateways - PayPal, Pioneer, and Skydo
  • - Maintain the salary register (updated online)
  • - Handle stock/inventory records (updated online)

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in an export company, with hands-on bank and online payment reconciliation (PayPal, Pioneer etc - FIRC)
  • - Experience with Zoho Books preferred, since we plan to integrate it with our Shopify store (not mandatory)
  • - Comfortable maintaining records digitally/online rather than only on paper

Timing: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Part-time)

Salary: Rs. 8,500 per month

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (in-person)
