Key Responsibilities
● Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
● Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
● Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses aligned with career goals.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
● Achieve individual counselling and enrollment targets.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and admission closure.
● Provide timely and professional follow-ups to prospective students
