Location: Damodar Nagar, Kanpur (Work From Office)

Experience: 1–10 Years

Salary: ₹0–6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Shift: International Shift

Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and confident professionals for an International BPO Sales Process. Candidates should possess a strong American accent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales. Incentives will be performance-based on successful lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle outbound/inbound international customer calls professionally

*Communicate with clients using a strong American accent and excellent English fluency

*Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities

*Build strong customer relationships and understand client requirements

*Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

*Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/system

*Follow company sales processes and quality standards

Required Skills:

*Strong American accent and excellent spoken English

*Prior experience in International BPO / International Sales process preferred

*Good persuasion and negotiation skills

*Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

*Comfortable working in night/international shifts

*Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills

Eligibility:

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered

Graduation preferred (not mandatory for deserving candidates)
