Job Description
Job Title: MIS Executive – IOT Operations & Maintenance
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring sensor health, coordinating field activities, verifying field reports, and maintaining accurate records and reports for effective management of field operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor sensor health/status reports and identify inactive or problematic stations.
2. Assign and coordinate Field Engineer (FE) visits for inactive/non-performing sites and maintain visit status.
3. Handle maintenance calls from Field Officers/Field Engineers for data checking, troubleshooting and site-related support.
4. Review and verify maintenance visit forms, attendance, photographs and videos submitted by field teams.
5. Check and approve FE visit forms and attendance records as per defined procedures.
6. Prepare and maintain FE performance and field activity reports.
7. Prepare MIS reports, presentations, documents and other operational reports as required by management.
