Ltd., offering pure and traditionally processed products such as A2/Desi Cow Ghee, Gir Cow Ghee, Buffalo Ghee, Natural Honey and Cold-Pressed Edible Oils. The brand is expanding its retail, distributor and B2B network across Uttar Pradesh.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team.
• Develop and manage distributors, retailers and B2B customers.
• Expand market coverage and appoint new distributors/retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor team performance.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Handle orders, collections and outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Candidate Requirements4–5 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Dairy, Ghee, Grocery or Consumer Products.
• Strong experience in team handling and distributor management.
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Good knowledge of local retail markets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
