Job Description
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Senior Telecalling Executive to join our team in Kanpur region. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Follow up on leads generated from WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
- Explain company products clearly and professionally
- Convert prospects into interested clients or schedule meetings
- Maintain proper data records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Build long-term customer relationships
🔹 Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Strong follow-up skills
🔹 Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Minimum experience of 6 months is required
- Local candidates from Kanpur preferred
