Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

The 10X Agency is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Specialist who can manage and grow social media presence for both The 10X Agency and our clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts for The 10X Agency and client brands.
• Create and execute content calendars and posting plans.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors for creatives, reels, and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media content.
• Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing, SEO, Ads, and Creative teams.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
