Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled and motivated Solar Technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar energy systems. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge and be willing to work in the field.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission solar systems and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
• Handle wiring, electrical connections, and equipment testing.
• Conduct site visits for installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation procedures.
• Maintain service reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant technical trade.
• Experience: 0–3 years in solar installation, electrical maintenance, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, and equipment.
• Candidates with experience in solar installation, inverter servicing, or electrical maintenance will be preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally and work in the field.
• Required SkillsBasic electrical troubleshooting and wiring knowledge.
• Understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
• Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Problem-solving and technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work at customer sites.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with an ITI / Diploma qualification and experience in Solar Installation, Electrical Maintenance, or related technical work. Electricians with relevant practical experience and willingness to work in solar installation and field service may also be considered.
