Team Leader

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive customer acquisition for Kotak 811 savings accounts and other banking products.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Field Sales Executives.
• Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and account-opening numbers.
• Conduct field visits and support team members in achieving targets.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and quality account opening.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
