Job Requirement —

We are looking for a Female Sales / Business Development Engineer with a mechanical background to handle sales and business development activities for industrial process equipment.

Knowledge of the following products will be an added advantage:

·       Heat Exchangers

·       Decanter Centrifuge

·       Centrifugal Oil Purification Systems

·       Refrigeration Systems

Key Responsibilities—

·       Sales and business development for process equipment and spares

·       Identify and develop new customers across assigned regions

·       Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions

·       Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for solutions

·       Negotiate commercial terms and close orders

·       Maintain strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

·       Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and follow-ups

·       Track market activity and submit periodic sales updates

Candidate Profile—

·       Female candidates only

·       B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical / related field

·       Any level of experience (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)

·       Basic understanding of industrial/process equipment preferred

·       Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·       Comfortable with frequent travel across UP, Uttarakhand & nearby states
