Job Title: Placement Officer

Job Band: E2

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Manager

Direct Reports: 5–6

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and new booking offices.
• Maintain and engage a strong supply partner base for seamless matchmaking.
• Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams.
• Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues.
• Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
