Job Description

A franchise sales executive in the textile industry generates new franchise leads, expands retail store networks, and drives brand growth for apparel or fabric companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find and qualify potential franchise partners interested in opening textile or clothing retail outlets.
  • Network Expansion: Pitch franchise business models, investment requirements, and profit margins to investors.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly franchise acquisition goals.

Relationship Management: Guide partners through onboarding, site selection, and initial store setup agreements.

  • Market Research: Analyze regional fashion and textile trends to identify profitable new locations for expansion.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Strong negotiation and pitching skills to close deals with investors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail textile markets, garment quality, and fashion retail.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in channel sales, franchise development, or business-to-business (B2B) client acquisition.
