Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, manpower coordination, material planning, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and ensuring that construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and monitor daily civil construction activities at project sites.

• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, structural drawings, architectural plans, and technical specifications.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, supervisors, labour teams, and project managers.
• Monitor construction quality, site progress, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Check construction materials, quantities, quality, and usage, including cement, sand, aggregates, steel, and concrete.
• Prepare quantity estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material requirement statements.
• Manage site manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site execution challenges.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper site records.
• Maintain measurement sheets, contractor bills, and construction documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and costs to ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety requirements and applicable environmental standards.
• Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Support quantity measurements, billing, tendering, and contract-related activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• Relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Experience in reading AutoCAD drawings and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, material planning, and site measurements.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, safety practices, and site management.
