Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Head Bartender/Mixologist to craft exceptional beverage experiences. The ideal candidate should bring innovation, strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to lead bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus
  • Manage bar operations, inventory, and cost control
  • Train bar staff and ensure service excellence
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Engage with guests and enhance their experience
  • Stay updated with latest mixology trends

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant certification
  • 3–6 years of experience in bartending/mixology
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Willingness to relocate to Karjat
