1. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries, walk-ins, calls, and online leads to generate sales.
2. Explain membership plans, packages, pricing, and facilities to prospective members.
3. Conduct gym tours and provide information about available services and amenities.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
5. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
6. Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
7. Convert leads into memberships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable packages.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
9. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
10. Maintain professional communication, grooming, and customer service standards.
11. Prepare daily sales reports and update call recordings and CRM activities as per company policy.
12. Support promotional activities, membership renewal campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
