Center Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Center Coordinator to manage day-to-day preschool operations and ensure a positive experience for children and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day preschool center operations
• Handle parent interactions and address their queries professionally
• Maintain good communication and relationships with parents
• Coordinate with teachers and center staff for smooth functioning
• Support the center in maintaining quality, discipline and service standards
• Handle and coordinate social media activities and basic content updates
• Support promotional and engagement activities for the center
• Maintain basic center records and operational documentation

Required Skills:

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
• Good interpersonal and parent-handling skills
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day center activities

Added Advantage: Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool / daycare / education center operations
• Candidates with experience in parent handling and social media management will be preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
