Job Title: Experienced Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced, responsible, and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant and ensure its smooth and profitable functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant independently and efficiently.

- Supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, kitchen staff, waiters, and service personnel.

- Ensure excellent food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.

- Manage inventory, stock, purchasing, and control food wastage.

- Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, billing, and restaurant profitability.

- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure discipline and productivity.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

- Maintain proper food safety standards and compliance with applicable regulations.

- Develop strategies to increase sales, improve service quality, and attract repeat customers.

- Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and operates efficiently during peak hours.

- Take full responsibility for the restaurant's overall performance and daily functioning.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

- Proven ability to independently manage a restaurant and lead a team.

- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, cost control, and customer service.

- Honest, disciplined, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Preferred Candidate:
