Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile and responsible Operations Manager to oversee our furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management, including production, staff supervision, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Factory Operations: Manage daily opening/closing, staff attendance, and overall factory maintenance.
- Production Management: Supervise the entire manufacturing process from raw material procurement to final finishing and polishing.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with carpenters, polishers, and helpers to ensure production targets are met on time.
- Quality Control: Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery.
- Inventory & Logistics: Maintain stock levels of raw materials (wood, ply, hardware) and coordinate timely deliveries to clients.
- Client Coordination: Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Furniture, Interior, or Manufacturing industries.
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp for reporting).
- Language: Proficient in Hindi and Basic English (for reading measurements and orders).
- Preference: Candidates having knowledge of engineered wood furniture will be preferred
