Job Title: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Visitors aur patients ko greet aur assist karna
- Phone calls receive karna aur concerned person/department ko transfer karna
- Patient registration aur appointment scheduling handle karna
- Reception desk aur visitor records maintain karna
- Basic computer work aur data entry karna
- Patients/visitors ki queries ka politely response dena
- Hospital staff ke saath coordination karna
- Documents aur records ko properly maintain karna
- Reception area ko organized aur professional rakhna
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Hindi/English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Polite and professional behaviour
- Good coordination and time-management skills
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years preferred
