Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and dispatch operations. In this role, you will coordinate order fulfillment, manage courier/logistics partners, ensure accurate stock documentation, and maintain timely delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Packing: Coordinate picking, packing, labeling, and staging of orders according to dispatch schedules and customer specifications.
• Documentation & Compliance: Generate dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Tracking & Delivery Follow-up: Track outgoing shipments, resolve transit delays or exceptions, and provide regular delivery updates to internal teams and customers.
• Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Verify dispatch items against physical inventory and update ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in real time.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing goods for accurate quantities, proper packaging, and damage-free condition prior to loading.
• Returns & Claims Handling: Process returned goods (RTO/RMA) and handle damaged shipment claims with logistics providers.
