HR Executive

• Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & RecruitmentDriver Pool Management: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified heavy vehicle drivers to ensure zero vehicle downtime.
• Sourcing Channels: Identify and partner with local manpower agencies, driver training institutes, and transport hubs.
• Field Recruitment: Regularly conduct and participate in field sourcing events, local roadshows, and "Chowk" hiring activities to attract drivers.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with manpower partners to ensure timely supply of personnel as per project requirements.
• 2. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Frontline Support: Act as the first point of contact for Truck Drivers and Supervisors regarding employment issues.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve grievances related to payouts, duty schedules, and working conditions in a timely manner.
• Engagement: Conduct regular "Toolbox Talks" or feedback sessions with drivers to improve retention and morale.
• 3. Operations & Attendance Management
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and manage the daily attendance of drivers, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing.
• Compliance: Ensure all drivers possess valid documentation (DL, medical certificates, KYC) before onboarding.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics and Operations teams to understand daily manpower gaps and fill them immediately.
• Candidate Profile
• Experience: 0–4 years of experience in HR, specifically in volume hiring or blue-collar workforce management (Logistics, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors preferred).
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi is essential to communicate effectively with the driver community. Also, must have good basic English communication.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Nagpur cluster for field recruitment and vendor visits.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Excel for managing attendance and recruitment trackers.
