Job Description
Sales & Marketing – Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Draft and send professional emails to customers, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Draft follow-up emails for leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending payments/orders.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information through email and other communication channels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports and communicate updates to management.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
