Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials.
Manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items) and inform when stock is low.
Open and close the office as per schedule.
Help staff with small day-to-day tasks as needed.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
