Job SummaryGood Leather is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, achieve store targets, and maintain excellent in-store service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable leather footwear, bags, accessories, and other products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock requirements.
• Support billing, exchanges, and customer queries when required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product arrangement.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Report sales updates, customer feedback, and product-related issues to the Store Manager.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of retail sales and inventory handling.
• Previous experience in footwear, leather goods, fashion, or retail sales is preferred.
• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Working ConditionsWorking hours and weekly offs as per company policy and store schedule.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
