Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, business leads, franchise enquiries and potential clients.

Generate quality leads through regular calling and follow-ups.

Schedule meetings and fix appointments with interested clients for the sales and business development team.

Understand customers' requirements and explain company products, services, business opportunities and franchise models.

Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.

Understand and resolve basic customer queries and forward all detailed or technical queries to the concerned department.

Share relevant company information, brochures, presentations and business proposals with interested clients through WhatsApp or email.

Maintain a daily calling report, lead database and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales and franchise development teams to ensure timely follow-ups and successful meeting conversions.

Convert potential leads into qualified prospects and help the business development team generate new business opportunities.

Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with prospective clients.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or lead generation will be preferred.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.

Positive attitude, confidence and a target-oriented approach.

Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.

Daily outbound calling targets.

Quality lead generation.

Number of meetings and appointments scheduled.

Timely follow-ups with prospective clients.

Lead conversion and customer engagement.

Daily reporting and database management.
