Dispatch Officer – Job Profile

Location : Goblej Village Road, Dist. Kheda – 387540

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and manage daily dispatch operations.

* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and shipment readiness.

* Monitor vehicle movement and track deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.

* Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery schedules.

* Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation.

* Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

* Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.

* Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently.

* Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills:

* Strong coordination and communication skills

* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations

* Good documentation and record-keeping ability

* Problem-solving and time management skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy

Technical Skills:

* MS Excel and MS Office

* ERP / Dispatch Management Systems (preferred)

* Basic computer knowledge
