Field Sales Executive

Dealer Relationship & Visits: Conduct regular visits to dealer counters to establish, build, and maintain strong, transparent relationships, understand their requirements, and promote Ascend Capital's electric vehicle financing solutions.File Completion & TAT: Ensure all necessary loan documentation and files are completed accurately and processed within the company’s specified Turn Around Time (TAT).Resolving Pendencies: Take proactive ownership to address and resolve any pending issues or incomplete customer files, ideally closing them in a single visit.Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed allocated monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.Client Management: Develop and sustain long-lasting professional relationships with both dealers and end-customers.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's electric vehicle finance products and stay updated on evolving market and industry trends.Reporting: Prepare regular sales and achievement reports and share timely performance insights with the branch management.Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
