Hiring: Social Media Marketing & Content Creator (On-Camera Presenter)

About the Role

Digamber Marbles is looking for a creative, confident and camera-friendly marketing professional who can build our brand’s online presence and showcase our marble products, factory, godown and production process through engaging social media content.

We want someone who can speak confidently on camera, present our products attractively and create interesting videos that capture attention, increase brand awareness and encourage customers to visit our factory and showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the on-camera presenter and represent Digamber Marbles across social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot and create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos.
• Showcase our marble varieties, incoming blocks, production processes, godown, stock availability and finished products.
• Create creative video hooks, product stories, behind-the-scenes videos and promotional campaigns.
• Explain product features, marble varieties, applications, quality and other relevant details in an engaging manner.
• Research viral video formats, industry trends and competitors to develop fresh content ideas.
• Handle video recording, editing, captions, music and publishing.
• Build and maintain our social media presence, with a focus on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Develop a consistent brand personality and make Digamber Marbles recognisable among potential customers.
• Encourage viewers to visit our factory, explore our marble and granite collection and enquire about our products.
• Monitor video views, watch time, shares, saves, profile visits and showroom enquiries to improve content performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Confident, presentable and comfortable showing their face and speaking on camera.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging video concepts and opening hooks.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video editing and social media trends.
• Basic skills in video shooting, editing and storytelling.
• Willingness to work on-site at our factory and godown in Kishangarh.
• A portfolio of previous videos or social media work is preferred.
• Experience in content creation, personal branding, influencer marketing or product marketing is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply uploads posts or manages an account. We want a proactive marketing person who can become the face of our brand, present our products confidently and turn ordinary factory footage into compelling content.

The ideal candidate should understand how to grab attention in the first few seconds, tell an interesting story and make viewers curious enough to visit our factory or showroom.
