At No1. Club, mobile is our primary product experience. We’re looking for a hands-on Flutter Developer who loves crafting smooth, high-performance apps and wants to work at the intersection of community, education, and AI.

What You’ll Do:
● Build and ship production-grade Flutter apps for Android & iOS
● Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code
● Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to launch features fast
● Integrate APIs and manage payments, subscriptions, video / media experiences and community/network interactions
● Optimize performance
● Ensure app security and data protection best practices
● Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints
● Contribute ideas to improve UX, speed, and product quality
Must Have
● 1–3 years of hands-on Flutter app development
● Strong Dart + Flutter fundamentals
● Experience publishing apps to Play Store and App Store
● REST API integration experience
● Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, in-app purchases, subscriptions)
● Push notifications & real-time features
● Experience with video/content-heavy apps
● Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
● Solid debugging & performance optimization skills
● Good product thinking and problem-solving mindset
● Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup
Nice to Have
● Experience building social networking and messaging applications
● Local storage & caching strategies
● UX/UI sensitivity and design sense
● Experience with AI/LLM or chatbot integrations
● Startup or early-stage product experience
