Job Description

Razzora Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Malayalam-speaking Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, work-from-home role in Kerala. You’ll help business owners use Razzora digital business cards and NFC cards to share contact details, showcase products and receive customer enquiries.

What you’ll do

  • Call business owners who have enquired about Razzora or requested a callback.
  • Give short demos in Malayalam. For example, show a business owner how a customer can tap an NFC card, view their catalogue and send an enquiry.
  • Explain pricing, answer questions and follow up by phone or WhatsApp to close orders.
  • Guide customers through payment and profile activation. Record each lead’s status and next follow-up in Google Sheets or the CRM.

Who can apply

You should speak Malayalam fluently, have basic English skills and be comfortable demonstrating a product on a smartphone. Telesales or customer-facing experience is preferred. Freshers who can confidently conduct a short Malayalam demo are welcome.

Salary and incentives

₹18,000 fixed per month, plus ₹100 for every NFC card order you personally close once payment and activation are complete.
