Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of solar PV systems.
  • Troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables and other electrical components.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer/project sites.
  • Diagnose faults and ensure minimum system downtime.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor solar system performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide on-site technical support.
  • Prepare daily service reports, maintenance records and site visit reports.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and major technical issues.
  • Follow all electrical safety procedures and site safety protocols.
  • Travel to different project/customer locations as required.
