Who you Are

Producing implementation-ready product backlog items based on the elicited requirements
Ensuring the specifications and requirements are well-defined and prepared for implementation
Understanding initial product backlog/ inception documentation to be able to form a complete picture of project scope
Discussing with Product Owner to understand the backlog prioritization
Understanding and contributing to the product backlog item refinement process
Clarifying the questions from the team during construction phase
Formulating and communicating issues faced on a project and seeking help from PM/DM/ lead BA.
Relevant application knowledge of any commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, commerce tools or similar would complete your profile.

Your Role

You'll capture user requirements and translate them into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements.
Organizing and facilitating workshops with clients to elicit and understand their requirements.
Interacting with various (client) stakeholders to, gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team, while using analysis techniques like story mapping, process modelling and data- and document analysis.
Managing the requirements life cycle
Facilitating effective communication between the team and acting as a point of contact for clarifications on product backlog items
Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope.
Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager.
Identifying various solution options to satisfy our client's requirements and helping them and our teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity.
Creating and detailing user stories based on criteria set by client or your practice
Collaborating with key external and internal project stakeholders who have a direct impact on their role and deliverables (e.g., decision-makers, Subject Matter Experts)
Ensuring that requirements and designs at an implementation level are aligned to one another, and managing the changes to related requirements
Retaining requirement accuracy and consistency throughout and beyond the change during the entire requirements life cycle, and supporting the reuse of requirements in other solutions
