Job Description

1. Full-Time Field Sales Executive (On-Roll)Role: Acquire retail merchants, deploy BharatPe QR codes, Smart Speakers/Soundboxes, and POS devices, and cross-sell merchant loans.

  • KPIs: Daily/monthly onboarding, product deployment, and volume targets.
  • Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives, PF/ESI benefits, travel allowance, and career growth.

2. Gig Partner / Freelance SalesRole: Onboard merchants and sell BharatPe devices/loans on your own schedule.

  • Highlights: Open to anyone (students, freelancers, working professionals), flexible hours, no earning caps, and commission per successful task/sale.


Requirements & Documentation

  • Vehicle: Operational 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).
  • Skills/Tools: Smartphone with internet connection; strong local communication and sales drive.
  • Mandatory Documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and Bank Account details (for salary/payout processing).
