Role title CRM Specialist – Supervising Associate

Position Summary:

The CRM Specialist (Supervising Associate) will own CRM opportunity tracking across Quantum/Physical AI/Other initiatives within EY’s Next Frontier workstream. The role will drive pipeline visibility, weekly reporting, conversion analysis and data accuracy to support strategic decisions and revenue growth.

The role requires strong working knowledge of EY CRM and sales processes, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate pipeline data into clear insights for leadership and workstream teams. Experience generating reports using AI tools is preferred; Power BI is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM opportunity tracking across Quantum/Physical/Other AI initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, opportunity status and ownership details.
• Produce weekly CRM pipeline reports for leadership and workstream teams.
• Analyse conversion from opportunity creation to closed sales.
• Identify pipeline trends, risks, gaps and follow-up actions.
• Reconcile CRM data with workstream inputs and sales updates.
• Support revenue visibility by tracking progression, ageing and close probability.
• Prepare clear summaries, dashboards or Excel views for decision-making.
• Partner with sales, operations and initiative leads to improve data quality.
• Use AI tools to speed up report generation and insight development.

CRM Opportunity Tracking:

• Track opportunities across Quantum and Physical AI workstreams.
• Maintain opportunity stage, value, probability and close date accuracy.
• Follow up with owners to resolve missing or outdated CRM data.
• Monitor pipeline movement, blockers and items needing leadership attention.
• Support weekly review routines with clear CRM inputs and insights.
• Maintain a structured tracker for open, won, lost and stalled opportunities.
• Ensure CRM records reflect agreed sales and workstream updates.

Pipeline Reporting and Insights:

• Generate weekly pipeline visibility reports using Excel and CRM exports.
• Analyse opportunity conversion, ageing, win/loss movement and pipeline health.
• Highlight trends that may impact revenue, forecasting or prioritisation.
• Provide concise insights for Next Frontier leadership discussions.
• Summarise key changes, risks and recommended actions.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests for Quantum and Physical AI initiatives.
• Use AI tools where helpful to draft summaries and improve reporting speed.

CRM Process and Stakeholder Support:

• Apply EY CRM and sales process knowledge to improve consistency.
• Support initiative leads with CRM hygiene and reporting expectations.
• Align reporting definitions across operations, sales and workstream teams.
• Maintain simple documentation for reporting steps and data definitions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones when required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of EY CRM and sales processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots and structured reporting.
• Ability to analyse sales pipeline data and explain clear business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience preparing weekly reports for senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of opportunity stages, pipeline health and sales conversion.
• Ability to identify trends, risks and follow-up actions from CRM data.
• Comfortable working with AI tools to improve reporting and summaries.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline.
• Power BI experience is not required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in CRM, sales operations, pipeline management, business operations or reporting.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales process data.
• Experience producing recurring reports, dashboards or Excel-based insights.
• Experience supporting leadership reviews or revenue pipeline discussions.
• Exposure to emerging technology, innovation or consulting environments is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting, summarisation or analysis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and recurring reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to work with global teams and support overlap with US hours when needed.
