Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor staff attendance, grooming, and work performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections and address cleanliness or maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin and other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, records, and daily reports.
