Job Description
🚨 Hiring: Loan Officer
Company: Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL)
Business Unit: Bharat Super Shop (BSS)
Position: Loan Officer
Age: 18–32 Years
Experience: 0–2 Years
Education: 10th / PUC / Any Pass
- 💼 Job Role
- Visit shops and small businesses in the assigned area.
- Find customers who are interested in taking loans.
- Explain loan products and generate leads.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and support the loan process.
- Collect loan repayments from customers.
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Daily field travel is required.
- ✅ Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- English, Hindi & local language proficiency.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
- Own insured two-wheeler & valid driving licence mandatory.
