Key Responsibilities:

  To manage sales channels and day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and lead the retail and calling teams at Argon Mobility, Kolhapur.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Growth (Business Development):

     ◦ Develop sales strategies & new channels for sales;

     ◦ Market research & competitive analysis;

     ◦ Vendor management;

     ◦ Sub-dealer support

  • Retail Operations & Team Management:

     ◦ Retail store management, compliance;

     ◦ Customer experience management;

     ◦ Sales / calling team management;

     ◦ Talent acquisition & retention

  • Reports & Documentation:

     ◦ Generate periodic & ad-hoc reports for dealership management;

     ◦ Maintain records

KPAs:

  • Revenue

  • Operational Excellence

  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma required

  • Automobile sales experience of 4 years minimum

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automobile sector

  • Familiarity with the local automobile market and customer preferences

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills

  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving attitude

  • Data-driven decision-making, proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

  • Fast in use of mobile applications

  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-moving, customer-facing environment

  • Should be able to drive a 2-wheeler

Probation Period:

  • Upto 2 Months

Compensation:

  • CTC : 15,000-30,000/- per month [As per qualification]

  • Revenue & profit sharing

Work Times & Locations:

  • 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Weekly off Wednesday
