Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for our residential project Sapphire Sky, located beside Manorama Nagar, Datta Colony, A Ward, Deokar Panand, Kolhapur.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads provided by the company and follow up regularly
  • Share project details (flat configurations, pricing, amenities, location benefits) with prospective buyers
  • Convince leads to visit the site and schedule site visits
  • Conduct site visits and show the sample flat / project to customers
  • Negotiate and close flat sales
  • Maintain lead records and follow-up status

Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate sales preferred)
  • Good communication in Marathi and Hindi
  • Confident on phone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Target-oriented with good negotiation skills

Salary: Rs 15,000 - 25,000 fixed per month + attractive incentives on every flat sold.
