Job Description
Back Office Executive —
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Process invoices, orders, reports, and other back-office paperwork.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate databases and update records regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage emails, internal communications, and administrative tasks.
- Verify documents and resolve basic data discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
